Everything from the moment we arrived until we left was perfect! I have stayed in Blackpool many times over the years and overall don't have the highest expectations when booking a last-minute weekend break but staying at the Westfield exceeded them all. From the thoughtful little extras in the room and bathroom to the fantastic breakfast we received in the morning, we could see how much thought and care had gone into making sure we had a wonderful stay. We have already booked to return and can't see ourselves staying anywhere else from now on.

The room was clean comfortable. Accessible room was good. Plenty of room for a wheelchair. Staff were friendly and we accidentally set off emergency alarm in bedroom and staff attended quickly to ask what’s wrong.

At breakfast the restaurant had had an event at breakfast. They were understaffed which meant they were out of food items, even tea urn wasn’t full of water. They had had no time to replenish anything. Made breakfast price seem like I paid for seem overpriced.

Lovely place to stay! A friendly and welcoming gentleman named Gordon made sure our stay was comfortable by providing some snacks, coffee and towels for our room. Thank you, we appreciated that!

As I have had hip replacement I found the bed too low for me to get in and out off but they were not to know that I had this problem,apart from that the bed was very comfortable.

The hostel was just dirty, toilets, showers and room. Sadly. These facilities should be given extra attention, easy to turn around. Whilst luggage storage was free and well advertised for the day, something that I was surprised by was you had to buy a padlock from reception (£5) to secure you belongs in the room. This should be advertised on the front page along with the complimentary luggage storage during the day. Also, whilst it is great having a plug to charge devices, you need to install even a very simple basic shelf for phones to be stored on. Mine dropped off my bed to the bed below where the person was sleeping.
