The hotel was fine and good location. We had a bit of a payment issue and reception wanted to take a card off the employee we had sent to stay in the hotel. They then took payment form this card, even though we had organised through booking.com and a company card and all details were already taken and charged. This was dealt with, refunded, and taken form the correct card but took a few phone calls and chasing on my end. I've not had this issue before. All fine in the end, stayed an extra night due to work commitments, and allocated the same room at the last minute to avoid messing. Breakfast wasn't had but looked like a decent selection. Staff friendly and mostly helpful.

Just the fact they took a second payment card for the employee we had already paid for, and then charged him. Was refunded and taken from the correct card in the end.

location was poor, facilities were poor, no tea or coffee facilities, no hairdryer available, room was very noisy, i know it was a budget hotel, but the price did not reflect this.

The apartment wasn’t clean at our arrival at 9 pm! The information to reach the apartment was very poor (password on the lift) and the 2 sofa bed that I required weren’t ready without any linens in the other rooms. The bedroom and the bathroom were clearly used before our arrival and there was a lot of smell despite the windows open! I required assistance but I had no answer! I really suggest another accommodation for your stay in London!
