  Easy to get to, parking available at front and rear. My bedroom had cute quirky furniture and the bed was very comfortable and immaculately clean, Best thing about my stay was the warm welcome I received from Sarah. Really friendly and couldn’t do enough for me (and the rest of the guests!). It was pretty busy but Sarah seemed to take it all in her stride.

  Location great, however be warned that there’s construction around most of the hotel. Staff are passable, had items delivered to us from designer shops, husband was able to pick them up from concierge without any checks to prove it was him. No attention to detail.

  Our room wasn’t clean so we paid to ‘upgrade’ however we overlooked a full building site who started work at 7:30 each morning. Requested champagne in room, not there on arrival and never turned up

  Bed in room number 4. No top mattress on the bed. Could feel the springs when sleeping. They should invest in a top mattress to put in the room. And only one cover. And they didn't have any spare to provide.
