I like that the property was very spacious, lots of room. I loved how big the windows were and the layout of the property. The guy in charge was very professional, kind and helpful. Throughout brilliant stay every where was clean and tidy did a brilliant job. Bed was absolutely brilliant was really comfortable. Loved how safe and secure the apartment was with all cctv and car was safe parked outside the main doors (free parking) boot and back seat was filled with suitcases and tools and were safe over 2 nights.

Need more cutlery in the draw there was a limit of forks, spoons, and knifes. No cutlery draw to keep them all neat and tidy. Could of done with more cups and glasses. There was 1 glass and 2 small cups. Under the sofa could of done with a clean and sofa bed was dinted felt like someone must have bust springs or wood underneath. (Black sofa) Also didn't like that you couldn't get air from a window as no windows were there to open, but fantastic choice of having a air con unit but wasn't the best when room was really warm and couldn't feel cool in the bedroom as air con unit was in the kitchen. Could do with a fan for the bedroom.

I had a single room and was surprised at how much space it had. Mirror with fixed hairdryer next to it. Mini fridge. Good TV. Nice bathroom. Electric blinds. Tea & coffee making facilities in room. Small writing desk. Open wardrobe for clothes to hang

The noise from street was quite bad - sirens all night, aeroplanes and trains. Would stay again with earplugs ! No dimmer on lights or bedside lamp so harsh lighting or nothing.

Great Penthouse location with fab views over Manchester, right beside the tram stop that went directly into city centre in 15-20 mins max

2 Lifts within the apartment block - only 1 working whilst we were there... On last day both were broken and we had a to carry our suitcases down 20 flights! Very warm environment within apartment. Had to keep doors open to keep cool. Rotating fan available in 1 bedroom which helped.

the price. i personally felt it was similar to a budget hotelx only different colours and more spacious and really only settled for the price because of the location.

The pillows are flat and need to be changed. I had developed a strain on my neck because of the flat pillows.
