  The property was amazing, finished at a 10/10 standard clean and modern. The spa was absolutely amazing with a hot tub and hydro pool. The room was clean and comfortable and we were left little chocolates which were lovely! We had a balcony and the view was AMAZING, there was shelter and seats and it was lovely to sit out in the sun. The hosts were lovely people who should be proud of what they’ve accomplished it’s beautiful! We had breakfast and it was fresh and filling.

  Very comfortable apartment within walking distance to York centre. The apartment was very well equipped, home from home, very clean, bright and airy, very comfortable bed, linen and towels supplied fresh and clean. Would recommend to all my family and friends and certainly re book again when considering a break away from home. Thank you to all very friendly hosts.

  Room we had was in the old section of the hotel, room was well proportioned with high ceilings and a view over the harbour. Had a liitle issue with a meal we'd booked, but staff quickly sorted that to our satisfaction. They also actually had EV chargers that worked.

  Room we had was right over the bar area and the entertainment was a little loud one evening, but did turn down/stop at a reasonable time.

  It had everything you'd expect. Friendly staff. Breakfast wasn't too bad. Close to the motorway.
