Location was great. Amazing typical street in Notthing Hill. Nice pub just next to the hotel and 10min away from the worth-visiting “The Churchill Arms”. 10min away from the closest tube station (Bayswater) and less than 15 from Notthing Hill Gate.

An excellent location in the town centre. Restaurants and beach a short stroll away. Easily accessible parking space. Spacious spotless and comfortable. Private sun trap outdoor seating area.

The property was easy to get to and a convenient place for us to stop. The owner was very welcoming and friendly. The dinner and breakfast were fresh, well cooked and good value.

Reletively secure and was close to the airport, convenience store/shop and had a bus stop right outside.

Unfortunately the bed was very uncomfortable, with sprints digging into my back. The shower was unusable due to a broken shower head, so the water only came through one section of the head. Lime scale and mould in the shower/bath. The toilet seat was about to come off the toilet. We had a fire alarm mishap with the alarm going off for about half an hour and the property took about half an hour to get back to me via WhatsApp. Patrons didn’t seem to care that the alarm was going off and no one else attempted to vacate the property or see what was going wrong. Was really just a space to sleep before moving to my permanent place. Using a code to get into the rooms may seem secure, until your phone has died or accidentally gets locked in the room, as happened to another patron. I was able to help the man get in contact with someone who had the door code, but no reply on WhatsApp from the property.

One side of bed against the wall, prefer room on either side. There wasn't a table or separate chairs to sit on although there was plenty of room where one would fit. Only place you could sit was on the bed.

The bed was not good. Nice apartment would benefit from a modern king size bed with a good mattress. The bed was old and not comfortable - it’s the most important thing as we only stayed to be convenient to a hospital.
