it’s absolutely beautiful! and the cats!!! the location is fantastic, once in you’re in your own little world. the gardens are beautiful & full of life. unfortunately it was raining for our stay but i can imagine how gorgeous it would be in the sun!! the cats are super friendly and one stayed with us over night which was adorable! nice and clean, lots of freebies and extras too! the bed is suuuuuper comfortable

Small clean basic room, comfortable beds with crisp white sheets and fluffy white towels. Extremely helpful staff all requests immediately met. Good location, excellent bus service (24hr) from just outside the door. Ideal hotel if you are out most of the time and just want somewhere to sleep for the night

Room could have been bigger/less cramped. It had obviously fairly recently been redecorated but overall look spoiled by the old curtains that had seen better days & needed replacing

Even though the single rooms are small, as seen in the photos, the rooms were clean, well designed and comfortable. I had a relaxing 5 night stay and couldn’t fault the hotel. The location near Earls Court tube station made getting around London very easy.

Luggage racks would be good. Unfortunately the bed in room 4 was very uncomfortable & sloped at the sides, needs replacing. We could hear everytime someone turned on the water going through the pipes. It is an old building, so there's probably nothing that can be done.

Loved the accommodation and the location but we had to drive to get food in the evening. We like to be able to walk to a restaurant or pub. But that's a personal preference!!

I didn't like the mode of communication and the excessive security deposit. Since I booked through booking.com, I expected all communication to come through there and heeded the warning about suspicious messages. The host messaged me a day before our stay, on WhatsApp about transferring a 250 GBP security deposit to a bank account and only their assurance that this would be transferred back if appropriate. I've used booking.com numerous times and have never had a security deposit demanded, let alone via a bank transfer! The amount was also exorbitant - we only stayed there one night. While key information, which was long and complicated, was provided before I paid the security deposit, I felt really uneasy staying in this apartment. Although parking was available, I made a number of requests about it before anyone responded. The demand for the security deposit was made before anyone responded about parking.
