On entering ' Nevis' it got a WOW from both of us. It is very well appointed a kitchen area that was well equipped and a pleasure to cook in. The decor is very tasteful, carpets, curtains, lamps, ornaments,books and local information all very tasteful and extremely well throughout. Nothing brand new or plastic but everything immaculately clean. Beautiful bathroom, comfortable bed. A pleasure and privilege to have stayed here. The views are stunning and beyond description. As close to perfection as is comfortable.

Laura the host could not have been more accommodating or welcoming. Extremely well-equipped property - 3 sets of keys, Nespresso machine with pods provided and Nespresso milk frother (great for that morning cappuccino), handwash in all toilets and by kitchen sink plus lots of games and even toys for the younger ones (if you have them) and having a parking space in this area makes life so much easier. Very close to the beach, shops, restaurants and bus stops, 20ish mins walk to Whitstable. We can definitely recommend 😁

Lovely hotel, we really enjoyed our stay here. The room was excellent, very tastefully decorated and looked like it had just been done. The whole hotel was the same standard too, we sat downstairs in the nice bar and had a drink. The owner couldn't have been more helpful, really friendly guy. We were going to a comedy night near the tower and the hotel was in the perfect position. I would definitely recommend it for a nice night away.

The staff were friendly and the property was clean My towels etc were changed daily and the room was cleaned which I wasn’t expecting

The room was very small like a shoe box, the bathroom had very little space and as a sticky guy I struggled getting into the shower as the sink and the shower didn’t have much room between them. The shower door wasn’t on properly but I fixed it back into the runner myself when I could get to it.

Everything was wonderful at this property. Only downside for us - not close enough to Windermere lake to launch canoe.
