Exceeded what I expected. I had previously stayed in a London branch, but Manchester were better than that. Location was brilliant. Everyone I spoke to was lovely. The room was better quality than I anticipated. Not perfect, but decent. I read that the wifi might be rubbish, but it was better than the Premier Inn I stayed in a few months back.

Bathroom facilities were probably a tad under what I'd like. Wasn't terrible though. I do worry about security in the building. Nothing happened and have nothing to suggest it would, but felt maybe limiting access might be something to look at.

Ideal place to get to, I found it very easily. Staff lovely and place was very clean. Adequate for my needs Also rooms on ground floor so for me, this was perfect as mobility issues. I didn't have the food but breakfast looked lovely

Only thing I wasn't keen on was having to go to the bar to make hot drinks. Tea and coffee is plentiful, and free. My thing was that I had to keep putting on suitable clothes instead of lounging in my nightie.

Amazing location. Living for a few days in such a history-filled place is fantastic. John the owner was very nice and interesting when asked about the past of the mill. The town is lovely and quiet. The walks around are great.

The large curtain-less windows are a bit tough for sleeping in the summer, when the night starts late and the morning sun is very early.

Convenient location for terminal 5 with good public transport links. About 35 min bus from terminal 5. Good restaurant and bar. Average breakfast as expected in any airport hotels. Clean and professional. Staff is welcoming.

Bit expensive for a holiday inn express. Bed linen was clean and well laundered but seems to be old. (Started tearing apart when using them). Not enough lighting in room even though there are thousands of lights everywhere.

Convenient stay for catching the Dublin ferry the next day. The hosts were welcoming and very helpful with where to get food, petrol, etc. The room was compact but clean, comfy and had everything you would need.

Lovely friendly staff, great location- perfect for us as we were going to see a concert at the Hydro which was only a 20 minute walk away. Clean comfortable rooms too!

A more discreet bin in the bathroom would have been good, and spoons to stir the tea.

The location is brilliant for a night at the theatre in Leeds.

The noise from the hallway was very obvious even with people just casually chatting as they went to their rooms. You could also hear people in their rooms as you walked up the hallway, it made you conscious of how the noise travels from your room.
