This is a beautiful hotel centrally located within walking distance of Sky Tower and Borough Markets. The hotel is also right next door to Algate Station which is amazing for getting around. The room was a great size and very comfortable! Staff were very helpful and friendly.

The aircon was colder than I would usually like and we couldn’t figure out how to change it. We didn’t ask for help so it might be something that could be fixed.

Nicely renovated top floor apartment in central Aberdeen. Quiet area, good heating, nice kitchen and bathroom. Two of the three beds were very comfortable (the third bed had a metal frame that needed replacing). Free parking in the street overnight, but paid during the day.
Negative section of review
Some items of furniture needed maintenance - one of the beds (a metal one) was so creaky we had to put the mattress on the floor to get to sleep. Odd industrial door hinges that meant doors were very heavy and hard for children to open and there was very little airflow in the bedrooms.

Everything, I am a house connoisseur and this property is well thought through; the tap details in the bathroom are modern and stylish. The decor is warm, welcoming, and very inviting.

Food was left in the fridge from a previous stay, and it was old, but that was not a significant issue. Maybe the cleaner missed it, but otherwise, it's perfect. I didn't want to leave.

Great location, very helpful staff, beautiful rooms with high quality finishes and attention to detail

Whilst there is an elevator, there are a few steps to get inside the property and about 10 steps to get from the elevator to the floor my room was on. This is not uncommon for London and not a deal breaker but worth noting if like me you have heavy, excess luggage and specifically seek out hotels with lifts to avoid having to carry them.
Positive section of review
Surprisingly they served a good breakfast even for a vegetarian.
Negative section of review
No lifts. Have to carry luggage up 6 flights of stairs to room. Room very small, bathroom even smaller. Utility all wrongly placed

Close to King's Cross train station. Helpful staff.
Negative section of review
Very small room, uncomfortable bathroom, no closet, no daily housekeeping.I had to pay for luggage storage.

The staff was not friendly they asked me for an advance amount of 50 pounds that haven’t mentioned in their website and I do called them and they didn’t even told me about this the picture which is shown this is extremely different from the room which they have given me. Which was an boxy room and toilet I couldn’t even walk and breathe in the room very uncomfortable experience I vent had
