Stayed here a few years ago and has been refurbished since, updated rooms, bar and restaurant. The interior designers just perfect. Room with sea view is a great size and comfortable always feel very at home here. Staff were really attentive and friendly. Love that it’s adult only, a place to really relax and unwind.

B&B on main road in Helston, in central Cornwall location. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast.

The B&B is right next to a pub, and the windows let in a lot of noise until the pub closed - 1 pm one day, and 12 pm the next. Also, the window in one of our rooms was broken, and this let in a cold draft and of course, more noise.

Would have been nice if the milk, tea etc had been refreshed daily. Not open for breakfast until 10am! However excellant place just down the road on the seafront for earlier breakfast.

EV charging was advertised via booking.com There was no mention of any cost for using it at the time of booking or on arrival. Additionally the charger was some distance from the hotel itself, and didn't actually work at all initially. After some back and forth by me and the (very busy and very kind) manager; I ended up giving my car key over for him to pass to the owner to ensure my car was charged over night. This was absolutely essential to me, to allow me to continue my journey the next day. At the time of booking I made this clear, but it was an incredibly stressful experience. After 2 hours, I simply had to go to bed and leave them to it. After all this, I was somewhat surprised to be charged at checkout for the EV charge, without being able to first confirm that it was fully charged or charged at all (it being so far away). The receptionist at checkout quoted a price per kWh and I had to try to work out how much I owed. I was probably a little rude to her, and it was not her fault. All in all I would not book again.
