I can't recommend this place enough. My family of 6 had a perfect stay at the property. The kitchen Is well equipped so we could easily cook dinner, relaxing at home after a day of sightseeing. Furthermore, you can't beat the location. Summertown has a cozy centre whilst having all the essential shops.

We booked through booking.com and got ripped off as was much cheaper to book straight with them! The man Anthony on the front desk was amazing as we ended up upgrading our room amazing man,

Smaller hotel with really friendly staff. The breakfast was delicious. The free parking was an added bonus. 10 minute walk to the centre. Definitely be back.

We booked a double room - we’re given a twin and didn’t have time to sort it as we were rushing to a wedding The room was rough around the edges, there were a lot of scratches and rough dark edges The breakfast was costly and underwhelming - cocktails sausages instead of proper sausages and limited amount - and £3.50 for a coffee was steep! You would pay the same at a costa - coffee should be included The breakfast took an hour to arrive from the booking time, and as we were a large group, half the table had finished before the other half even started, and the toast was freezing cold too

The info on the flat location was inaccurate, it was not adjacent to the lift but at the end of the corridor which caused a little confusion.
