Nice studio in a great location which was literally down the road from the beach. Had a nice kitchenette with electric hob, kettle, toaster, sink and a small fridge freezer. Modern decor throughout with a good pressured shower. Host was impeccable and checked in on me throughout my stay to see if I needed anything, and even give me a heads up about the neighbours having a bbq! Only a 25-30 mins walk from Brighton pier with plenty of amenities near the property. Would definitely stay here again

Location was perfect for our trip to Anfield. Easy to find, parking was great. The house provided everything we needed for our stay. I wish we could have stayed longer to make full use of the house. Christian was great too! I nagged from the moment I booked regarding early check in - he was super helpful and kept me updated as to when the house would be available to check in.

Second time here, staff are very friendly and they work so hard getting very think spot on for you. Nothing is ever too much for them. Absolutely beautiful place to relax and unwind, The bedroom was amazing from the spa bath to the sauna was amazing touch. Thank you 😊

We love staying at this flat, we've come multiple times over the last few years. The best part is the front room with the sea view. You can sit at the table, eating dinner and watching the ocean. We love it :)

- TV welcome screen came on in the middle of the night, for no reason - Couldn't check in online because link from booking.com email showed room as unpaid and asked for bank card. In fact booking.com had taken the full payment from my credit card two dsys earlier. I informed The Midland and they asked me to check on at the desk on arrival.

Room wasn't as clean luggage holder was broken and it was not clean. There was no sign to say don't use. Bathroom was clean but not to the standard I would expect

The bed was very uncomfortable. The pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. No carpets meant that when the room above me was occupied I could hear almost every movement. There were only lace curtains in the room so was not able to make the room dark and when woken up by movements upstairs the room ws so light I couldn't get back to sleep. The shower head in the ensuite couldn't be used in the holder, which was loose, so had to be hand held. Lastly, there was a strong smell of curry throughout the house which was not pleasant to my senses.
