The property is kept to a very high standard. The bedding and towels are amazing . The room was freshly decorated and had great feel to it . The staff are very friendly and helpful I would definitely recommend this property with out a doubt. We will be visiting again .

I booked a one-night stay at this hotel, and when I woke up the next morning to take a shower, there was no hot water. I tried calling the front desk, but there was no answer. I was unable to shower before checking out. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The lack of hot water was a major inconvenience, and the fact that I was unable to get a response from the front desk made it even worse. I would have appreciated it if the hotel had notified me in advance about the hot water issue, or if they had offered me a room with hot water. I would also have appreciated it if someone had answered the phone when I called.

Most of the staff were friendly and our stay was comfortable but…there was no mention of parking fees @ £15 per evening and that even after paying this you were not guaranteed a space if you decided to go out and about in the car as they were very limited. The breakfast although buffet was very limited - full english consisted of just cheap sausages, bacon, ONLY scrambled eggs that hd been microwaved - (NO fried eggs) & mushrooms. No potato’s such as hash browns or fried bread. The continental was very basic and limited. For £11 this was very expensive. The TV & wifi went down for over 24hrs and was still not working when we checked out with no offer of compensation as this meant we hd no entertainment as unable to use any other devices like tablets or laptops to stream anything. It also seemed as though they needed a proper engineer to sort it out but relied on a ‘maintenance’ man to keep switching it on and off again in the hopes this would fix it. We booked a deluxe sea view room which did have a wonderful view of the beach & pier but it was very small and cramped. There was a very basic hostess tray but no glasses or even plastic cups for you to drink water etc, so we found a local supermarket and bought glasses for our stay.
