The location is really convenient for railway station, if you need to go to central Cambridge, just take a bus or walk like 25min. The staff is friendly and there are bar and cafe on the ground floor, also some food choices and Sainsbury's local just a few metres away.

The window couldn't be opened which I understand for safety reason, although a little bit lack of fresh air. The biggest problem is the hot water from shower wasn't warm at all, just slightly better than cold water. And it could be only opened for half amount.I guess maybe due to control of use of water, but the temperature wasn't warm enough at all. So I took an awful shower that night. Strangely, the tap water for the basin can be very warm, which is ok.

Reception is friendly and kind they give us some extra time on checkout and we came late he wait for us to check-in. Location is nice 5 minutes away to bus station.

Bland breakfast. Low water pressure in the shower. No hooks in the bathroom, nowere to hang the towels. Automated lights in the bathroom got off during taking a shower every few minutes. No adapters in the room (I had to ask reception). No drinks offering in the fridge. Tip: when taking the underground, prefer Hanger Lane station, which is somewhat longer walk to Stonebridge station, where you have to walk along a busy road.
