  The staff, who was not concerned about anything. Literally the front door didn’t had a lock on and was open all night, because of which strangers were coming in and sleeping in the reception area. Next day paid for locker £5 each and the staff left bag in the room which can be accessible for anyone as the front door didn’t had a lock and the receptionist kept on disappearing all the time. When we came to collect our bags in 5 hours, we were sitting on the couch in the reception, where we were checking our bags, hardly 2 mins and the receptionist rudely told us to leave. Btw, we paid for the locker, for 24 hours.
