One word PERFECT. This property was a home from home. Excellent location and extremely clean. Loved the fruit and milk and tea/coffee. I was late arriving after a full day at work and being able to have a cup of tea and biscuits without going to the shop was brilliant and the following morning cut up fruit and had a coffee was just perfect. Following evening walked to Wetherspoons around the corner for dinner just perfect. Clean towels and amazingly smelling shower gel. Slept like a log and very quiet.

Car parking spaces at front but because I was out all day in my car I had to park on the street. I did note that after 8pm it was easier to park at the front of property on the street. There is parking at the back of the property too.

The two staff members I met were very friendly and helpful as I had been travelling on tour and was very unwell. They were only too happy to provide extra assistance with luggage, as there is no lift. Room was a single so very small, however it served the purpose. It was clean and shower was great.

DIRTY!!! The caravan is very tired and dirty. It looks as though it had not been cleaned since it was last used. There were crumbs on the floor and tables, key/keyring was filthy. The oven door is faulty and dangerous when in use, also the shelving in the oven fall down. Freezer compartment frosted up and could not be shut. The sink in the bathroom was disgusting and there was build up of dirt around the tap. This had clearly not been cleaned for some time. There was bread and dirty tissues found on the floor of the twin room and there was an awful smell of gone off milk in the double bedroom.
