The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.

When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.

After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

Its location is amazing. The outside access for 24 hour coming and going is perfect. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful. Especially the young girl with the long brown hair who checked us in but forgive me I don’t know her name. Pub dog rocky is amazing.

On arrival heading up the stairs we could instantly see that the stairs haven’t seen a hoover in a while. A little bit off putting when you haven’t even reached your room. We were staying on the third floor and the shower only gets like warm water and the pressure of the water in the sink was bad. We ate in the restaurant on the first night and I’m sorry to say had to send food back as it was tasteless and inedible. We only sent one dish back though as we just didn’t want too much of a fuss. We decided to try breakfast and it took an hour, maybe more for three dishes to come out and the people who arrived after us got served, ate and left before we’d barely started to eat. All dishes weren’t served at the same time either. A good 20 minutes between the first and the last.

Lovely, friendly, attentive host that you only get with a small guest house. Great location; nice and quiet but only10 minute walk from the centre. The breakfast was delicious and perfectly cooked. We enjoyed our two nights here.

Nothing we didn’t like but as other reviews say the property whilst being quaint would benefit from a refresh.

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, excellent food, conveniently located to visit Hampton Court Palace in lovely area.

This hotel is no exception by any means but I find the practise of adding a 12.5% service charge to the bill excessive. As residents we were given a 10% discount on food and drink which was negated by adding the charge to the bill. I understand it is optional but I feel it causes embarrassment to ask for it to be removed. As I say this hotel is by no means alone in this but I would prefer to leave my own tip.
