I’ve been staying in Oxford for over 40 years at my late Uncle and Aunts. This visit was tinged with sadness as it was to attend my Aunties funeral. The room was perfect for our overnight stay and Ahmed went above and beyond to make sure we had enough milk, tea and coffee. Smart TV, comfortable beds, lovely shower, no complaints at all.

great location (near the seafront, shops, restaurants and a park for children) great property with lots of space inside and out - perfect property for a family / friends lots of items in the house for example kitchen items, hair dryer etc

seems to be an ant issue down stairs in the property which meant any cupboard food items once opened by the next morning were infested with ants and had to be thrown away - they were also in the lounge and dining areas too some lights bulbs need replacing and some lamps need plugs looking at etc

We absolutely love the setting and have stayed here 3-4 times. Stunning Georgian terrace and lovely friendly pub on the ground floor, serving decent pub food.

The room was disgusting. The shower was broken, but the staff very kindly supplied me a new part to fix it myself. There was mould on the wall in the wardrobe, food crumbs on the table, unknown stains on the curtains. Broken window latch and the place stunk. I know you get what you pay for but you would at least expect it to be clean.
