The location lovely clean bright airy room .good night lamp settings and phones recharging connections.comfortable bed.good shower head and power pressure in bathroom.water refill section to refill your container.nice cafe and lounge room.you can also buy snacks at the bar,and soft drinks from the machine.The kindness of the staff.

The only thing I would recommend is maybe they could introduce a evening light meal from the cafe, for persons who don't want to go out on a evening,as they only serve breakfast.

Nothing really. Although we thought we were in for a sleepless night as the owners had a party going on above us, but thankfully went quiet later on.

Great location. Super comfy sofas in the lobby. Amazing chicken wings and food from the restaurant. Reactive staff.

TV wasn't working in the room. Had to call maintenance. Maintenance guy was great and fixed it but it was a known issue before we booked. Door to balcony was defect really hard to open and close.. Blanket and pillow for the sofa bed were in the wardrobe but couldn't find sheets. Admittedly if we had called reception they would probably have brought them as the staff were really nice and service oriented. Generally felt like a 3 star rather than a 4 star experience through no fault of the staff.

Roslyn House is beautifully restored and the check in is all remote and easy.

The main reason for our rating is the size of the rooms which is very small and cramped. The decor is new but the size is limiting. The beds were comfortable but it would help to identify the breakfasts and drinks in the fridge as complimentary as we had to google reviews to determine this. Don't expect harbour views and you need to drive to town.

We were expecting the 4 poster that was in the picture on the confirmation, but instead were given a different one, which in our opinion wasn't great. (Only looking further through the confirmation, did I realize there were different lesser versions of a 4 poster bed, without a canopy. We were also given a bedroom on the basement level, which wasn't great. We were rather disappointed and feel that when the confirmation is sent through with a picture, it should be the actual room that they are going to put you in, plus the position /floor or the property.

Dark and dingy … Beds extremely uncomfortable Wash hand basin was cracked Breakfast very poor, most of the breakfast items were gone , cutlery was dirty.. Outside of the property were endless amounts of cigarette ends. Horrendous! Never again!
