Positive section of review
The property is situated a short 5-10 minute walk to the main Beach and amenities. It was easy to drive to and parking was also easy with plenty of spaces around the hotel, We were given a temporary pass to allow us to park which was good. The hotel was clean and tidy and the staff were friendly and helpful, Our room was comfortable and clean, The breakfast was good and there was enough choice. Overall this is a good hotel for a short stay in Scarborough.

The only issue we had was our room was near the kitchen and it was noisy at times especially in the evening, Also the other residents directly next to our room were also noisy so it spoilt it slightly, There was no phone in the room but apart from that it was ok.

I recently stayed at MossBank House near Luton Airport and had a pleasant experience. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The location is very convenient, within walking distance of the airport, making it an ideal choice for travelers. Overall, it was a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

Excellent member of staff named Lisa made sure we were well accommodated with breakfast...personal service to make sure we had a full breakfast even though we were a couple of minutes late.

The room was very comfortable and we received help with our bags upstairs. The breakfast was fresh and we were want for nothing.

We were disappointed with the location. We had no problems, being just a couple blocks from the tube or the bus right outside. The neighbourhood was not quite what we expected. We also wished we could contact the hotel adminstration/management. There is no phone in the room, nor any method to reach them if we needed help. Luckily we caught the assistant manager just be for he left the restaurant to get help with our room. If we had missed him - we had no information on how to reach management - which created an issue the next day when we need to get a taxi.

Country Inn that had been tastefully decorated. Room was lovely and bed was comfortable. Elemis toiletries in the bathroom.

Whilst breakfast was included this was buffet style which is never the same as freshly cooked. This was not mentioned until after the booking had been confirmed and was unable to cancel. Due to lack of staffing bar was not open in the evening meaning no facility to have a night cap before retiring for the night.

A mirror in the 2nd bedroom and somewhere to store clothes is needed, even a couple of hooks on the back of the door would be good.

The property is very tired, the entrance to it is shocking, carpets are dirty, unaccessible areas which made me uneasy, deposit system isn't easy, wasn't even notified that the deposit had been returned.
