The location was honestly perfect, and for that price couldn’t believe it in comparison to the prices of other hotels in the area. The staff were really friendly too, but don’t expect a big welcome or advice on the local area etc, it was a simple here are your keys type situation. Cleaning staff came to the room every day and were very polite.

My partner and I both felt extremely itchy when in the bed, we think it may have been the washing powder they used but honestly don’t know. At one point we were seriously considering upping it out of there. There were bleach marks all over the bedding. There was a fan which was a bonus, but it was the loudest fan ever and honestly sounded as though it was going to come off the wall. Only one charging point beside the bed. Our room was on the bottom floor, which was quite noisy at times. The toilets are tiny… clearly recently done, but tiny. Thankfully my partner and I are quite small, a bigger person would have an issue using those facilities though.

Food excellent and easily obtainable, room and beds very comfortable. Only problem was our own fault - on looking cup of tea in our room at night we didn't see tea tray until passing shelved area where it was it was neatly stored away - it is usually sitting on most tables next to TV, We should have looked around more to locate it.

Not much. I guess the small kitchen was ok . The appliances worked. That’s about all there . The bathroom was clean. Thank goodness . The shower had good water pressure. Nothing else all to like .

Everything except what I just said. The 3 floor walk up had a disgusting smelly carpet. It smelt like dog wee . The apartment was awful. The walls everywhere need to be painted . Plaster everywhere . The tiny bedroom had the most uncomfortable spring beds … Nightmare to sleep on. The floor ,concrete ? Was covers in cheap plastic covering that wasn’t fixed to the floor. In the living room there were 4 mattresses wrapped in plastic. The furnishings were in poor taste . They made the dollar shops look chic. And the internet was a cheap and nasty supplier that barely worked. The owners should be ashamed to have such a property on the market . Booking.com should inspect this place and ban it from there site. That’s a lot not to like!!!

Very local to beach, town centre, restaurants, etc. Very clean. Very spacious. Great kitchen. Lounge/diner and main bedroom were large.

Couldn't smoke on balcony. No table and chairs on balcony so no point advertising it as it's not a usable space. Needs a coffee table and side tables in lounge (might just be a northern thing!). A lot of the blinds didn’t work. A bit more furniture and a picture or two would help a lot.
