The apartment itself looks nice it had all the things needed except no heat and not enough hot water,we arrived late about 8pm we were going to the cinema starting 8.40pm and didn't arrive back until after midnight so some heat would have been good all the haters were on at the mains but sadly all cold I didn't think calling someone so late would be acceptable so thought a hot bath might help warm me up and ease my pain but I only I got was a few inches before it went cold and tried later but still only cold water which was so disappointing, the apartment looks so welcoming with teabags, sugar, coffee sachets and a small bottle of milk in the fridge and it was clean and had streaming services also a lift which we really need .

I found the lack of heating throughout the apartment unacceptable there was a large notice saying it was set to be on at certain times upto 21° the heaters were locked so couldn't be changed and definitely weren't at 21° it said if wanted you could call a number extra heat would be charged for as we had no heat since arriving I wasn't going to ring at 12.30amfor some I have medical reasons for not being cold so not pleased,if I could have had a hot bath it could have helped but there was little then no hot water so to be sent a link to pay more money for heat and leaving even 30mins after 10am to be charged £30 wasn't on in my opinion ,I also wonder how others book and check in as done online even getting in the building and room is done by hitting boxes on your phone screen after a link front your email address and the initial booking in failed so I had to call Humber loft apartments to do it and pay the £100 deposit over the phone I was told this often happens with people who book through booking .com so some issue there that needs rectifying I think and it took a while to get done so I'm not sure if I would stay again??if I was told that we would be warm and water would be hot that would sway my decision I also find £30 charge for a small checkout extension very excessive.

What an absolutely beautiful place to stay, very clean, smells fresh when you walk in to your room, the rooms are a great size, we were really surprised, comfortable bed, mini fridge with tea making facilities, the views are stunning, with their own lake to sit by, Holly was lovely, nothing was too much trouble, will definitely be returning, such a delightful place to stay.

The location was not convenient for walking. But we were able to travel about the city easily with our car. The breakfast was good…but a bit confusing as to the order of ordering and self serve.

Breakfast could have been a bit more organized.

Exceptional room. No staff on site but that was ok for us. Parking a bit tight. Complementary breakfast and drink appreciated. Overall great.

Room was clean/tidy and adequate - similar to any other hotel stayed in - nothing out of the ordinary - a little disappointed in view of price paid as thought this included Breakfast (only realised day before checking in I’d made a mistake and booked room only so breakfast would be extra) Facilities around the hotel such as bar and dining area were clean and tidy Due to a hiccup during our stay we were offered complimentary breakfast (in addition to other compensation- over an issue that was resolved quite quickly) which we had on our last day. Again for the £20 pp charge was extremely disappointed with breakfast - again similar to other hotels with half the price - felt very underwhelmed If I’m honest I preferred our stay in Titanic Liverpool which was far superior and which I couldn’t help comparing too 🥺

I was given a very strange room on the fifth floor. It was extremely loud inside, and the bed seemed to be a wooden plank - it was quite uncomfortable. There's no phone in the room, so I went down to reception to ask about the noise. The reptionist was very friendly, and went to the room with me to check on it. She said it was the fan, and we can turn it off,but I'll have no hot water. I've asked her to wait for 15 minutes and turn it off then. She didn't, I thought she was busy and didn't have time, so I waited for about 40mins. When nothing happened, I phoned reception using my personal device, and was told that the fan is going to be turned off straight away. She hasn't done it, again. For reasons behind my understanding, I had to spend a sleepless night in an extremely loud room, and fir some reason, staff didn't care. I used to stay in Z hotels every time I would come to Glasgow, but this was my last one.
