We absolutely loved this hotel. Travelling with my son & our 2 dogs this suited our needs perfectly. The grounds of the hotel were more than adequate to walk the dogs round & the room sizes were fantastic. We were blessed with the weather so sat out in the garden & enjoyed food & drinks from the bar. Would absolutely stay again.

No food expected but tea and coffee equipment supplied together with TV and usual toilet and washing facilities, towels and safe. Bedside lights and tables provided. Bed very comfortable.

Caravan was beautifully,and clean,spacious. We'll maintained. Just wish I took pictures of flooring as misses wants same style in our su.mer house .

Only down side was no heating so got a little nippy at night . ,internet is really bad,and because our child is autistic, it's a need rather than a luxury. . And did notice because caravan is next to the arcades/entertainment witch is great in the day .at night. Its not so great as Got a lot of loud people coming out venue at night ie after midnight so woke us up a few times. But if those issues not a problem for you ,it's a lovely caravan to stop in for a break ..

We couldn't even breathe because the bathroom was covered in mold, the window and shower door were broken, the kitchen and bathroom had a disgusting smell, and the apartment smelled like cigarettes. The window was broken, so We couldn't lock or open it. We were also provided with wet, dirty towels. Additionally, We were horrified to find a syringe in the bathroom drawer that looked like it had been used. This is not an environment suitable for people to live in. This host is a scammer. None of the promised amenities like air conditioning, views, or non-smoking rooms were available. Check-in was also very difficult; we had to wait on the street for over 30 minutes, and the host, who showed up late, was unpleasant and didn't even say hello. The area around the apartment is dangerous, and crazy neighbors fight inside the building at night. The apartment is located at the entrance of the building, so you constantly hear the door slamming. Additionally, the host did not respond to our contacts at all and even blocked our phone number. We barely survived the night without being able to sleep, let alone shower, and escaped from that hellish place. Once again, We request a refund and earnestly ask that Booking.com remove this fraudulent listing immediately. * We,d like to upload photos to provide more information, but unfortunately only 4 photos are allowed.
