Stayed on 11th and 12th May 24. It was clean and light with a great location. Loads of space in the public areas, and was never crowded. I was checked in by Dion who was brilliant. She checked me in early as I was there for a course which was so appreciated! She treated me like I was the most important person to walk in. Holly helped us when our heating didn’t work, and got us another room. She also sorted us a few treats which we loved! Joel at the bar is new, but seems like he has been there all the time. He was so confident for a newbie! Loved it folks. Thank you! Adam and Oli

Bed very comfortable and excellent pillows. Room clean but you have to ask for room service. Good bathroom facilities and excellent loo paper which is always a bonus. Very good staff who were helpful and polite. Tea and coffee making in bedroom appreciated. Free cartons of water at reception also appreciated. Very well located for Shepherd's Bush Market Green and tube. Air conditioning very good.

Room was a touch cramped and there was no space to lay out a suitcase except on the bed. We were in a "cosy" room and it was cosy. Ideal for one person, but room a little tight for two adults staying for three nights. No arm chair or space to relax except by lying on bed or sitting at a desk. Otherwise it was very suitable for us.

Lovely apartment, clean throughout with all the facilities we needed. The beds were amazingly comfortable. We booked last minute, and Jo contacted us with the arrival details within 5 minutes. Overall, it was a perfect place for our few days' respite and relaxation, and we could easily have stayed longer.

Free parking, towels provided. For the purpose of a 12 hour stop in before the next stop it met expectations, wouldn’t be staying here any more then one night

The rooms need updating. When we arrived the room was very tired and the disabled bathroom was years out of date like maybe 20! I asked if we could be moved and the ladies on reception looked for ages and finally they could Move us. They prepped that room Personally and that is above and beyond. It meant I had a very positive stay rather than feeling down about it. Fetched the iron promptly. Absolutely gorgeous staff. Jay was delightful and Katherine prepped the other room. At the bar Luke was an absolute gem. There was a very rowdy reveller who tried to join our group and made the elderly relatives very nervous. Luke handled what could have been a very bad experience very well and offered a complimentary drink. He apologised profusely. The man had consumed his own alcohol and the staff had their hands full. At breakfast Paulo was delightfully cheery and when I asked for crispy bacon and fried eggs he asked the chef to do this for me. Nothing was too much trouble and my elderly Dad was well looked after. The staff make that place but I feel it needs some significant expenditure to update as the sofas are worn and it all needs a lick of paint. If it wasn’t for the staff I probably would have had a moan about the facilities. I also have to say that one person on reception and having to cover the bar as well is ridiculous. And there were weddings on too. Those staff were running about all the time. Rushed off their feet. They are a credit to themselves. You need to sort out those card readers on the doors. Ours went many times and we had to get reset and I saw at least two other guests with the same problem. My dad couldn’t get in his room twice and 78 and disabled….. if I was not with him he’d have been in a mess. Apparently loads are faulty. The staff are awesome and help out all the time.

Decor needs freshened in the rooms. Bedding needs freshened. The phone in the room didn’t work so I couldn’t ring to reception. Ordered food to the room. It was cold and not very that pleasant.
