The location is amazing couldn't be in a better spot. Lovely to have fresh milk and beautiful ginger biscuits available .. linen very lush and bed very comfortable ♥️♥️ bathroom beautiful and bath amazing lounge totally stunning

Lack of parking and paying £14 for 24 hours makes a three day stay very expensive although it does say no available parking at the cottage if your lucky you can get one of the 3 spots available Infront of the cottage... Cushions for the ratan furniture mouldy and wet as kept in one of the ratan foot stools so couldn't use... Front door couldn't be opened but maybe that was just me 🤷 outside table and chairs rusty... This all seems very negative but we did have a lovely stay and just pointing these issues as in the hope they address the issues ... Would definitely return if could get parked close as not to easy when mum can walk too well so a lot of running around for me.

The living room area was quite spacious and comfortable, heating and TV worked fine and place was clean

The flight of stairs to get my apartment was an issue, as there were three flights of stairs. The hallways to reach the apartments are quite filthy and unsavoury to look at. The tap was not fully working and the microwave did not work. The balcony was not that comfortable as there was scaffolding on it so there wasn’t really much space to shuffle around

There was nothing that we would particularly dislike. The access to the apartment was a little bit strange but eventually we enjoyed mountain view.

It would have been so good if there were more little food stuffs in the kitchen like tea, coffee, salt, pepper, sugar etc. We were planning on doing most of our dinner time cooking there, but had to buy a lot of little extras that we didn't really want as we were travelling around.

I chose this hotel because there was an on site restaurant.

I was the only person eating there. The menu was old, crumpled and dirty. When I tried to order something from the menu, they didnty have it. Then I was told they arte changing the menu , so using up the stock of what they have. So, if y9ou don't order what they have you don't eat. I ordered the salmon, new potatoes and garden vegetables. Then told they didnt have the new potatoes or veg, but I could have chips and a 'nice' salad. Cheap chips and very basic salad with no dressing. The brekfast was even more disapointing. Never again
