Brilliant hosts.. still chuckling,, Room with a superb view weather permitting.. Excellent/exceptional stay.. Steve and Kate are wonderful people.. It's superb value for a BnB and in a wonderful location. Steve has great knowledge he passes on for those staying for the first time.. I've stayed many times near Staffin a mile further along self catering but was only staying for 2 nights so opted to try BnB .. Steve is an accomplished artist and Steve and Kate have a brilliant sense of humour/rapport.. OK it's terrible lol cos I want to go back and it'll be booked up forever 😊😊👍👍

I was travelling with my daughter who is a wheelchair user and has a portable hoist. When I arrived later than was expected, I was delighted to see a member of staff come and help me with all my luggage. My room was on the ground floor to accommodate the wheelchair and was a lovely spacious room. The beds had been positioned in a way I'd said earlier that would make my stay easier.

The only thing that was a pain was trying to get it the room with the wheelchair due to the positioning of the door and stairs. But really, that was more to do with the size of the wheelchair than the hotels fault. It is a really big bulky wheelchair.

Awful smell of stale smoke throughout the property. The shower was broken and unusable. The bedclothes had blood stains on. Worst experience I have had through Booking.com. I left early because it was absolutely grim. The host was rude and unhelpful and refused to refund me in full.

Friendly, helpful staff, comfortable and clean room at a very reasonable price. Good choice of vegan food on the menu. I'm not keen on dining alone but my evening was made very enjoyable by the fabulous service of the waiter, Dimitar. He clearly loves his job!

Pretty much everything great location great price 👍 and the fact that a whole apartment was cheaper than any single room in other hotels and bnbs means this is the perfect place to stay in Great Yarmouth 😘 Thanx for having us

Waiting in the bar for 20 minutes to be served. The wash basin in the room the water would not drain and there was blood on the curtains.

Not a big fan of the room, felt really claustrophobic and the sink in the room was a no go. Although the toilet and bathroom were private, had to leave the room to get to them like communal facilities. Having 4 keys all similar size to open one of each room was a nightmare with the lights going off quickly in the auto switches.
