The location was very good But we had to cut ate stay and go home early through personal reasons, we are very disappointed that we had paid for the two nights but only stayed one night the manger’s did say they would let Booking.com know I we would be reimbursed as we had to leave early before 10am on the Saturday but I don’t know how we go about this ?

No Wi-Fi at the premises I did go and ask about it but they said it was getting new connections on the following Thursday and we should have been told on check inn very disappointed .☹️

location is very good with nice walk along canal into Skipton. views from our room on canal side were spectacular. Breakfasts were excellent with a good variety of foods available, with friendly service from waitress staff.

Decor was a little tired, and reception perssonel disinterested and unwelcoming. Room was nice but cleaning needed to be improved, lots of dust noted underbeds/ on tables and tops of sockets.

Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Lovely breakfast and in a fantastic location! Staff were sp friendly and helpful, especially when it came to a lost phone.

The room was lovely, location ideal for Abba Voyage and staff friendly. Bed was very hard so dint suit me but that is a personal choice not a complaint.

Quite noisy (street, close to other rooms, thin walls, heavy doors). Bare minimum when it comes to equipment. Not the best bed quality.

The bed was too short. Still strange that you must pick up the key at a pizzeria. Stairs not clean through two pigions!
