  Room: Like the fact you could open the windows so you could have natural cooling. Food: Breakfast was very good with many choices Bed: was very comfortable and the bedding was just right for the temperature Staff: were happy, friendly and helpful and provided use with an extra security key for the room. The catering staff were very accommodating: since we had a coupon to use for dessert and soft drink and they didn't have decaffe tea, they gave us an extra soft drink to takeaway.

  Room: The bottles of shampoo and body wash over the bath were empty. One of the bedside lamps wasn't working. Price: The room price was increased after we had booked it. After taking some time to find this we didn't cancel but paid the extra.

  I like the facilities in the room. The swimming pool was great and we enjoyed using the steam room, The staff were helpful and friendly. I liked the wooden key cards. My husband appreciated the prosecco that was left in our room to celebrate his birthday. Thanks you.
