The suites in London boast an excellent location and stylish design. They are thoughtfully equipped with tea and coffee-making facilities, and the bathrooms are stocked with lovely toiletries. The floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with natural light, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. Guests can enjoy complimentary WiFi and a smart TV in the room. The bed was so comfortable I decided to have an early night to make the most of it! Furthermore, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

When I arrived at the aparthotel, I found out that my room was in a separate building without reception or proper security. The building was still under construction, and the lack of a reception area meant that the experience was unsettling. Additionally, the building's alarm system sounded, and we had to evacuate, cramming into a narrow corridor with no proper reception or lobby space. The staff member's response to the alarm also added to my concerns. I hope that once the reception is operational and proper security measures are in place, these issues will be resolved.

It was very clean, and the kitchen was supplied with all the essentials we might need (things like salt and pepper, cooking oil, etc). Really good selection of pans, utensils, etc. for cooking. This might have been the first self-catering place I've been to where the cutlery and plates had been cleaned properly despite the lack of dishwasher! Also the hosts had left us a nice hamper of basics and fancy things, which was really lovely.

Lumpy pillows! (Better than those pillows that look poofy but immediately go completely flat when you put your head on them, though.) Also, at first I wasn't into the really springy mattress, but I did get used to it. :) We travelled by train and on foot, and going up the hill to get there was a bit oof.

It was incredibly nice having laundry access. After travelling for a while it makes a difference. Overall it was a good place to stay, but I wish they had two single bed option, I feel that with room size it could be made to work.

It is advertised as close to city centre, and it for sure isn’t far, but you are walking uphill for the majority of the walk which is not advertised.

Lovely, well laid out, clean and comfortable room. The breakfast was very good. We were well looked after by Robin and Tetyana. Thank you. I would recommend this guest house. We enjoyed our stay.

Shower cubicle is not the biggest nor the cleanest The noise from the plumbing when flushing the toilet is incredible. The same noise can be heard when turning water on in the sink. We booked and paid for 2 nights but left after 1 night and found alternative accommodation.
