We had a very relaxing time here, the property was stocked with little things that make a difference like the dishwasher tablets that I found just at the right time before a trip to the local Co-Op to get some 😆 toiletries and utensils for cooking that just made life easy whilst away with children. A perfect, stay that was clean and comfortable for my family of four. Even though I never managed to meet our lovely host in person, the communication was great and there were no problems at all with our stay.

The host and the staff were so responsive and helped us whenever we called them. Really appreciate that. They also left hair dryers and irons for us that we requested. The location is good, only 10 mins to Old street train station. Easy to then get to the city centre by underground. The flat was cleaned ok. We did sanitise a bit the surfaces in living room and kitchen, but all in all great stay with friends.

The WiFi did not work well in the upstairs, but not a big deal. It would be good to have some hangers in the bathroom, as there was no place to put clothes.

The property is a great size, stylish and comfortable! It is right in the centre of Llanberis which was perfect and easy to get to lots of places, particularly Snowdon which was the purpose of our trip. Parking is located close by and is free with the property stay. Bob was friendly and on hand when needed or easily contactable via message. Overall we had a lovely stay and would definitely come back!!

Plumbing was awful. If you flush the toilet, you could hear the plumbing still gurling loudly. 5 minutes later, I could also hear plumbing from other rooms. Doors outside rooms are in need of a good oil as could hear them though out rlthe night. The bathroom door didn't close due to not fitting properly. I caught some bed bugs from my stay so did my daughter. Won't be staying again.
