  A warm welcome from Richard on my arrival. The property is within close walking distance to the town, bars, restaurants and all the Shakesperian visitor attractions. A stop for the City hop on, hop off bus is just a few yards away. The property is extremely clean, it is both attractively, and tastefully decorated and furnished. Bed was very comfortable, a small ironing board and hair dryer were provided in the room. Plenty of fitted power sockets/USB sockets. I was in a quiet double room at rear (4). Excellent breakfast menu choices, well presented and high quality produce. The cooked breakfast was perfectly cooked for my liking.

  Lovely property, set in a small village just outside Bristol airport. The Annexe has a very well thought out layout with many usb sockets. All added extras eg: iron/board, hairdryer, shower gel/shampoo/conditioner, tea/coffee/sugar/sweetner/biscuits, squash and a small bottle of milk so you can make a hot drink on your arrival. Bed amazingly comfy. Great communication with the host and was very helpful with queries/requests. Parking is on the drive which gives you that better security.

  The Breakfast was good, with a wide choice of dishes. The location was ideal for my needs and the room was clean and the bedding and Towels smelt so fresh and clean.

  I have a bit of a Mobility problem and did find the En suite shower cubicle a bit too small. But the Electric shower itself provided lots of Hot Water and the Power settings on the Shower head were adjustable. Parking at the property was very tight but there was plenty of road parking near the property.

  Given everything in the hotel is so good, staff can do much better in terms of friendliness and be more helpful. Extra hangers or hang rails for clothes and wet towels in bathroom. Provide bedroom slippers.

  - Some characters in the building a little unnerving - The area it's self is a little rough round the edges - The studios are overpriced for what they are and the area they are in - Attention to smaller detail will show carpets coming up at the edges, bathroom sink liable to fall off if you put your hand on it - Plastic flooring in kitchen coming up at the edges - Some sort of gunk and mould on the hand wash on arrival - Toiletries provided are cheap and already half used - Only 1 loo role provided - Inside of bathroom mirror full of mould and damaged Ql
