The property is ideally situated facing the River Ness and is just a short 10-minute walk to the city centre shops, bars, restaurants, and bus/train stations! Our room was the Family Room on the first floor…incredibly stylish, comfortable, and all the modern amenities you can imagine…not to mention the most comfortable beds and pillows ever! Leah (the host) is just so wonderful…she’s friendly, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about everything Inverness…what more could you ask for! Without hesitation we recommend staying at Fraser House and we’ll definitely be guests again on our next visit. Thanks so much Leah!

Been to barmouth for last 18 years and got to say one of the best sites we have stayed on the food in the pub restaurant was great 👍 and the staff were very helpful and friendly 👍 site was clean and tidy was a great few days will hopefully be booking for longer next time

The room was well equipped and very clean. The location was perfect for us as we had a restaurant booking in Cartmel. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the accommodation was really good value for money.

The staff is very rude. If people can't manage their property booking.com should take them off from using their platform. Is not nice for someone to drive 3 to 4 drive to a property he has already paid for and will be given attitude by the staff or who ever she is. I have to put my food in the bin because there was no microwave this was not the information I saw during booking. They dont answer their phone and when they answer they give you attitude and give stupid reasons that phone was not charged . They also won't send you information on how to get into the property so you will be stranded when you get there then blame you for not calling them before you start coming?? Meanwhile their phone is off and why should i need to even call when i have made payment and you have received my payment? Were you not expecting me?? So much nonsense and confusion. Very terrible.
