Property in perfect location close to everything. Room was decent size with en suite. Great communication from owner regards check in. Very friendly owner, met when checking out. wasn’t there on check in but clear instructions were left about where to find keys and code left to access front door. Happy with this as we don’t need to be babysat through the process

Room could do with a touch of paint in neglected areas. Tv could probably be set on a bracket that could be turned to the main bed

The staffs are friendly and professional, quick to sort out the issue I had with my room, the environment is very clean, location is good, city centre in just 10 minutes walk away from the hotel, if you don't want to eat in the hotel, there are nice restaurants around.

The breakfast time is too early 06:00am to 09:00am, that means if you don't wake up early, then you miss out on breakfast, which is what happen on our stay, but honestly I don't mind because am not really a breakfast person

A beautifully decorated cottage. Very clean. We had everything we needed and everything worked well. We had hot water in the shower with good pressure.

I have a feeling that some people might understand the directions in the folder wrong and turn the left hand tap the wrong way, hence some of the previous reviews. Please check. Follow the arrows on the taps. First the tap on the left. Then turn the right hand tap slowly.

Everything was well presented it was cosy,comfortable and they had put a lot of thought into the whole annex. I would definitely recommend staying.

We were warned that there would be noise from the pub below on Friday and Sat nights which would have been OK if it had stopped at midnight as promised but instead it just went on and on and on. And it wasn't just music or live music it was the most terrible Karaoke and it wasn't just loud it was room shakingly unbearable. Seriously DO NOT STAY HERE AT WEEKENDS unless you really want a night in hell.
