  We've visited & stayed here frequently as so convenient , we love the individuality of the place, easy check in system. Despite issues we would return to the Kingsbury but not book the same room.

  The room we stayed in of which we have previously, felt a little ' tired '. One of us slept badly due to mattress needing replacing, not simply over soft or not to personal preference. Coffee machine super although noticed only one choice of coffee pod whereas previous stays choice of several . Few areas overlooked in cleaning regime despite first impressions. Window wouldn't completely close due to water damage .
