Absolutely loved our stay thanks to Fi and Leanne they were both so friendly and made us feel so welcome to be sharing their gorgeous old beautifully decorated Tollhouse. It was so nice to have a lovely lounge area to sit and relax and to have a little kitchen. Everything was spotless, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Would highly recommend to anyone to stay.

The evening meal and breakfast was really good, all the food was presented well, and the service was good for both the evening meal and breakfast on the first morning. The room was comfortable and of a good size.

The room is starting to look a little tired The breakfast arrangements on the Sunday morning could have been better, self service is good but it all felt a little cramped and unsafe to be carrying hot drinks/food past people getting their breakfast, especially when you have plenty of space in the hall to be able to spread the hot and cold selection out, this would cause less of a bottleneck and be safer. The set up is an accident waiting to happen.

Location was good for us as we were going to a wedding nearby. Room was spacious, well equipped, comfortable and tea / coffee making facilities were plentiful

Property was clean, in a great location for our trip, the smart keys worked great snd meant there was no chance of losing a set of keys

There is only 1 sofa in the lounge, there wasn’t enough comfortable seating at night for watching TV. There weren’t enough large towels, we ended up buying towels from Primark There is only 1 large mirror in the en suite of the master bedroom, another large mirror elsewhere in the property would have helped whilst getting ready

we chose this hotel because it is right beside the airport terminal. it is a chain hotel, comfortable and an easy stay.

parking is an issue. you are tangled up with expensive airport options … which is fine as long as you know that. in fairness to the hotel, you can drop off bags there without a charge.
