I had every day a great English breakfast, The host was very friendly and helpful, The bicycle could be placed in the garage. She helped me with drying my wet clothes. She gave good advice on the restaurants in the neighborhoud

Perfect location for the Barbican shops and restaurants and the Mount Batten we needed to catch. Smart decoration, good shower, all very clean. Lovely and very helpful owners/managers. Would definitely stay here again.

Location is great. Ease of check in, everything is automatic. When I do see staff they’re super nice. I got a room with kitchen since I’m on a special diet and the fridge is bigger than most hotels, that’s a big plus.

Excellent location for the Barbican shops and restaurants and ferry quay. Loved my bedroom, its decoration and facilities. Really friendly owners. Helpful and good suggestions. Would stay here again.

Location has huge pros, only very minor downside was it was quite noisy but that’s part of being in a city centre and didn’t put us off.

The room looked old and tired. Heating only came on once on Friday night and then didn't work properly again. Bathroom was far too small and we are not tall ladies but struggled to sit on the loo with sliding door closed. Bathroom window didn't close properly so was too cold in there. No adequate space to put toiletries or hang towels . Shower was either cold , too hot and not strong water power. Beds and pillows were not comfy. Two wardrobes in a corner so that when someone opened their door the other person had to squeeze past them and end of bed.

No robes in room and breakfast was average at best and we didn't find out until afterwards that we could have had poached eggs.
