Lovely room and spa facilities were excellent well maintained. The staff were very accommodating and were a pleasure to meet and couldn’t do enough to make your stay comfortable. The Concierge was also very efficient and welcoming, the barman was extremely knowledgable in regards to all the Gins and gave us a good tasting session

The only small negative regarded our room was missed by the Housekeeping team but once we contacted reception we had an apology and it was dealt with very quickly and efficiently ( this obviously can happen now and then so we understood no issues) Well done housekeeping

Great located and clean hotel. Quiet room with a modern bathroom and a very comfortable bed. The gym was good equipment with dumbbells, 2 benches, fitness and medicin balls, and different cardio machines. I would stay here again.

The apartment was brilliant! Comfy, clean and spacious. The hosts were amazing, so friendly and attentive, going the extra mile. Would give 11 out of 10 if we could. We will definitely be back!

Could Of Offered Fresh Brew Materials On Second Day. I Ran Out Of Toilet Roll As It Wasn't Replenished On Arrival. I Asked Owner Help Me Out But Feel Like He Didn't Try (which is his choice but he said he would). They ask for a 10 Rating on hotel walls but for a 10 Rating. You got to put effort in with your guests.

Booked this hotel as it showed as the closest to the hot water comedy club, however it was a 15 min taxi ride. None the less the hotel and facilities were great.

The room was a disgraceful stained mattress for money paid 109 pounds I feel if you book with booking.com your given the worse rooms there no spoons for stirring your tea or coffee would not stay there again
