We liked that the property was spacious. The exclusive use bathroom was down a small private hall (closed off from the rest of the property with a lockable door) - so no problem with that. We also had the use of a microwave which was great, as well as a small fridge. No running water in the room although not a problem given the close proximity of the bathroom. Lovely lady settled us in and gave us lots of useful information. No local shops, nothing close by so very car dependent- which is explained in the information about the property. There is an army base nearby which added interest for us. We booked 2 nights and as we were so comfortable, extended to 3. We were easy reach of Salisbury to see all the sights there.

For some people having a flight of stairs maybe difficult- although our suit cases were heavy, so made it harder.

The apartment is amazing. Well equipped and very clean. Really cute welcome basket with coffees and biscuit. Toiletries are readily available. Very homely and cosy. Very comfortable bed and lovely complete kitchen. I stayed for my university block weeks and its accessible to UWE Glenside Campus just 20minutes walk.

I can hear the neighbour screaming on the second and third night but none of this will affect my feedback as I had an amazing stay all in all.

Absolute gem of a cottage, very clean, everything you could possibly need for a self catering holiday. Lovely welcome message with shortbread and Prosecco in the fridge "lovely touch Thank you". Excellent base for visiting the area. Will be recommending to family and friends.

Amazing stay. EVERYONE in the hotel was fantastic, and all recommendations for restaurants and trips were perfectly on spot. I would prefer that cosy place over the most luxury hotels any time. Thanks again!

The self service cooked English breakfast is excellent. The location on the Tyneside beach front is a winner also.

Train noise from the Tyne & Wear Metro tracks. Left the hotel with flea bites. The room carpet was stained.
