  I loved the infrastructure of the hotel. We arrived late around 2am and they found a way for us to get to our room, it was amazing. The breakfast is delicious too and endless. Loved every detail from what I can remember. They also had oat and soya milk options. Awesome

  The room was lovely and spacious and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was superb, I never had vegetarian haggis. Excellent food plating on both breakfast and dinner

  Clean and very close to the stadium. Close by to food and shops also. It came with towels, toiletries and tea making facilities.

  Because we were in the basement, it was quite loud. The blind didn’t cover the window fully so some light shone through at night. There were some noisy guests that arrived late at night and were directly across from us which disturbed us quite a bit but it didn’t last all night.

  Very close to the city centre. Short walk from the train station. Everything at hand and quite and interesting layout.

  I thing this relates to a lot of Blackpool but it felt a little grubby. Some places needed a lick of paint and signs needed cleaning.

  Drier didn't work. Staff tried but really didn't try enough... for the amount of money we paid, I'd have liked a working washer / dryer. And they didn't allow late checkout either... Have to walk up 5 steps to enter with luggage is unpleasant.
