It's a very lovely cottage, nicely decorated, comfortable beds and lots of interesting curios about the place. The kitchen was well equipped, the sunny courtyard a huge bonus and you can't fault the location! It was also immaculately clean and we had a wonderful stay thank you.

Given the cost it would have been nice for towels, a travel cot and a high chair./dining booster seat to be included as standard.

4 Berkeley Square was perfect for my stay in Bristol. It had all the facilities to make my stay great. Great location. Communication with the host was great. I arranged all the books on the book shelf according to their colour :) Would recommend.

Spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Breakfasts were exceptionally good and the owners Tracey and Simon went out of their way to ensure that you had a good time. Would definitely recommend this accommodation.

The Hotel was every well set out and room was nice with a great view. Spa was a really nice experience

Room could do with a fridge, the car park spaces were reserved at the front of the hotel exclusive guests cars and I was told to park around the back of the hotel and was blocked in by a van, the Penthouse suite you would have thought would get a reserved space, at breakfast we were told couples were not allowed to sit by the window as they were set up for 4 but other couples were allowed these tables.

Faulty fire alarm. Stood in street at 1am and then it went off again about an hour later - not impressed as it had gone off earlier in the evening and apparently the manager had not been told

Bed was very uncomfortable - almost like the base had collapsed so my husband and I were rolling into each other so did not not get a decent sleep. Breakfast was very disappointing - tinned fruit, poor scrambled eggs (other egg options were not clear), limited choice.

Poor quality furnishings. Restaurant like a cafe. Not very inviting. No one on reception on arrival. Electric charging point did not work . Ordered a sandwich which was made with dry bread and no butter..
