When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.

The pullman is just 2 a minute walk from Albert docks which is beautiful for walks along the mersey with great pubs and restaurants. Across the road is Liverpool one with fab shops. The multi storey carpark is right next door to the hotel with discount given by the hotel when you vacate. We were able to check in early and the check-in staff were amazing, friendly and really helpful. 8th floor bedroom with views over Mersey and the Liverpool wheel, defo worth paying a little extra for the deluxe room and the breakfast was delicious with everything you could possibly want. Highly recommend this hotel, will be back.

On behalf of my parents (i had booked this place for them), they said - It had everything we needed inc good location good parking, provided milk in fridge on our arrival, and the use of teabags etc although I had already bought my own, but lovely to see that provisions like salt pepper sugar etc was there for us to use

Again, from my parents - If i am to be really picky - there was a big thick cobweb in kitchen top right over sensor camera. The Internet was also not working so we had to go to live TV during our stay, We will definitely stay here again

The property was in a central location. The bedding and curtains were clean, room was presentable. I liked the big fan they had for the cooling system. The man who showed me the room was friendly and polite, thoughtful. He offered me a bigger room instead of the smaller one that I was going to stay in.

There was no milk on offer for tea making facilities. The building has all stairs to get to the bedrooms, not safe for disabled people or ones who have mobility issues, find the stairs hard to climb.no handrail for the stairs. The mattress was not suitable to firm, not soft pillows, no toiletries in bathroom. No health and safety signs so didn't know where to go in case of a fire or anything. dodgy wiring in the room.

Bedroom was tidy clean and well laid out. Tea, coffee and biscuits were good. Twin beds were comfortable. Bathroom was tidy and shower was good. Breakfast and service was excellent.

We only stayed three nights, extra coat hangers would be good for people staying longer. Somewhere to hang damp towels other than covering up shelf in bathroom.

Good location for exploring the lakes. Off-street parking is a real bonus. Evelyn was very accommodating and catered for our breakfast needs very well.

The standard size double bed felt rather narrow, but it was otherwise comfortable enough.
