My stay at Victoria Studios was simply wonderful. The Studio was very cozy ,comfy bed with very clean and soft bedding., Good entertainment with TV channels and Netflix, Internet signal was very good too. The Studio is well located not far from Brent Wesr Station, with direct trains to Central London. I had a wonderful stay at Victoria Studios

Lots of character, comfortable room, good facilities, excellent breakfast menu, lovely outlook, good value, very clean. Will very likely stay again and would definitely recommend.

No teabags in the room except fruit teas. But had a coffee machine, coffee bags, kettle and milk. Also little chocolates , a nice touch.

Room was cold, mini fridge was empty, no toiletries, told there was room service 24 hours, but could not order room service through the QR code or by the phone, very rude lady in the hotel restaurant didn't understand the concept of room service and kept on saying go to the reception and pay first and then we will take your order, which simply does not make sense, tried to reason with her that if I had to come down to reception to pay first then its not room service and how much do I pay if your refusing to take the order first and that the QR code does not work, she very rudely said, so what do you want me to do. Keep in mind I was trying to order food for my 4 years old child. Definitely won't be going back and last but not least got charged £80 extra which I had to speak to reception about on check out and the gentleman said he will get a refund for that £80 sorted.
