Fabulous host, David met us on arrival and explained everything to us. He was very knowledgeable about the area. Lovely breakfast, delivered at a time to suit you. Fabulous location, amazing views, and a lovely stroll into Grassington for some lovely food. Shame we couldn't stay longer!

Such a beautiful and quiet surroundings. House was spotless clean. You will find everything you need including Organic tea, coffee, sugar, olive oil and even pink salt. Very fast internet. Amanda responds within minutes. We can't wait to go back there.

The room is great: confortable bed, very well equiped, reasonable distance from London, good access from/to public transports. Quiet, roomy and clean.

The window shatters were not enough to keep the room dark, so after 5 AM it was not easy to sleep. If you have a sleep mask or sunlight doesn't affect your sleeping, than it is perfect.

The breakfast could have been more exciting, eg only cereal available was rice crispies. Choice was full English & toast, no yogurt or fruit.

Despite the okay to be able to handle an earlier check in, it did not work What's worse is that when we arrived, nobody was there and nobody picked up the phone to even give us any information, so we were stuck to wait till someone arrived Also the toilet had flushing problems.

Absolutely disgusting place. Only stayed one night to noisy, doors slamming, bed uncomfortable, wasn’t clean. !!! Waste of money!
