I felt truly at home in St Ann's Guest House. Richard ensured a warm welcome after I had some upsetting train problems and helped me out with it. I loved my room, the quiet, the things they've come up with regarding the environment and of course the nice personal breakfast every morning. Richard is a wonderful host and appears everytime with perfect timing. Thanks again.

Excellent location for a very late night arrival with jet lag! Staff were friendly and very efficient at check in. The room had everything you could need for an airport stay & I was pleasantly surprised

We knew we were booking a shared facility and hadn't tried that before. The other guests were lovely it just wasn't for us as we were on the ground floor next to the kitchen and heard the bustling about each time someone used the kitchen, so it wasn't for us. The area we were in is close enough to get to such as Notts Town but not an area we would stay by again as on the border of an estate, and we went to a close by pub which we didn't rate the clientel as were quite rude to myself and partner.

The decor wasn't nice. Dated bathroom but functional. The seagulls on the roof waking me up really early. The balcony needs a total revamp. The garden needs to be redone and some of the ornaments reorganised or removed.
