The breakfast was the best I have had in any hotel. All the staff were lovely and helpful. The room was pleasant and beds comfortable. The Location was amazing and we had a sea view too Things to do in Llandudno, kept us busy for 4 days. Please make sure you go to the Home Front Museum

There was nothing you could dislike about the hotel or location. I guess the worst thing was the seagulls, although we got to know one, that we called Gordon, who visited our window sill :)

Being right in the centre of attractions is always a bonus.coffee and a kettle were also included, shower was actually in the same room unlike the last time i stayed.

The bed was uncomfortable and lopsided, and a large gap between the bed and the window meant you could end up on the floor in the middle of the night in full view of passers by

The one and only plus of this apartment is the convenient location, other than that it's got nothing worth staying.

1. The room we got wasn't the one we booked to begin with, images on the website are nothing alike. We booked for a larger room with seating area and plenty of light to have a smaller dark room on ground floor, with locked windows and blind curtains, lot of noise could be heard from the street and smell of food from other rooms. 2. Cleaning standards very poor. This includes heavy and brown scale deposit in shower, dirty and broken armchair and sofa, finger prints on mirrors in bathroom everywhere, leftover food in the fridge from previous guests, kitchen poorly cleaned with stained sink and even bread crumbles 3. Furniture and fittings are very tired if not broken, this include lamp with no bulbs, missing and broken monoxide/smoke alarm which is not even compliant in a room with locked windows, ironing board without any cover and unusable, blocked bathroom sink, chipped floor planks, holes in curtains. The accommodation was entirely disappointing, when we connected with the property management during our stay they simply reply that they would feedback, but no answer was ever given to a request of some sort of compensation. Absolutely to avoid, totally not worth the price.
