Positive section of review
Comfy and sizeable room. Decent baby cot with thicker mattress than most hotels. Breakfast very pleasant with a wide range of choices and lots of different places to sit. Room had hairdryer, iron with ironing board, fridge, safe, view of the railway track, sofa, 'rain' shower. Reasonable prices. Hotel worker came to our room with replacement sheet as we spilt some baby food on ours, etc. Spacious and relaxing lobby.

Staff weren't particularly welcoming at reception and didn't pick up the phone when were trying to reach them. Bathroom door didn't actually close so noise seeped into room. Had to park in fairly expensive railway car park and pay for two days though only staying one night (because 'clock' resets at 4am). Ordered Deliveroo and they couldn't come up to our room because lift had to be operated by room cards (good for security; annoying for convenience).

Location was very good. Short walk to the local shops and pubs. The view to the golf course from a shared terrace was just relaxing. Lovely breakfast in a cosy dining area. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Gave us few tips where to go what to visit.

The hotel is a convenient short walk from the terminal. The room was spacious and very comfortable, the breakfast next morning has an excellent selection.

Direction signs from arrivals were sadly not helpful, at one point you can see the hotel but the sign points down a road clearly not approaching the hotel rather than along the route to the hotel.

No towels provided, meaning, as were come from over seas we needed to buy our own towels and hand towels for showering. Would be nice if towels are provided. Plug in sink did not fit outlet ( too small).

Rooms small and very warm, we had a fan but still was a very warm room. Light in shower wasn't working. Beds weren't that comfy. Could hear next door making a cup of tea/coffee, walls very thin and could hear everything.
