  The rooms are so comfortable and quiet for central London. Big comfy bed, great shower, fridge, and the ability to change the colour of the lights in the shower! Everything is controlled by iPad (or the app). This hotel is 100m from the station and a pleasant walk to Piccadilly, Hyde Park, etc. and restaurants and bars are close by. The foyer and bar area is a nice place to sit and relax / have a wine. Free water tap (sparkling or still) available in the bar. Minimart close for other snacks, etc.

  This room was booked for my daughters 19th Birthday stay with friends and then myself, her mother, it was a great size, nice powerful shower and roomy bathroom. The staff were very accommodating adding extra touches such as welcome gift, a little brownie birthday platter and towels wrapped in three tiers to resemble a birthday cake, with balloons floating around the room. Everyone was delightful to deal with. So thank you for taking the time to make such personal touches.

  The restaurant was clearly understaffed. Tables were not cleaned and cleared properly between guests and the service was slow. Although the rooms were pleasant, it didn’t have the coffee machine as advertised on booking.com.
