Positive section of review
Reasonable price. Comfortable beds, clean room, bathroom functional with good water pressure. Staff friendly and helpful. Restaurant bar had a roof terrace to watch the planes at T5 with a bev. We dropped bags off at the hotel (15 mins free parking) then parked in T5 long stay car park (cheaper than hotel parking), a steady walk took 15 mins back to hotel. For the transfer in the morning there's a TFL bus service which stops around the corner but would take too long to get to T5 terminal. An uber would cost £20 ish. We took the Pods from the hotel car park (£8 pp, buy at reception desk) and was checking in at the flight desk within 10 mins of checking out the hotel. Also I've not been charged any ULEZ fees (2 weeks later), the hotel/T5 parking is supposedly *just* within the ULEZ.

Rooms very cosy with 3 beds in, should be fine if theres only two. Had AC but windows dont open. Didn't have breakfast or restaurant food so cannot comment. Would recommend this option to anyone driving to Heathrow T5.

I had asked for a room in the old part of the hotel and never received any discrepancies so thought that everything was ok. Was willing to pay the upgrade on arrival but was told it was all booked out for tours! I used to work in hotels and know tours pay little money for DBB. The room I was allocated wasn’t fit for purpose. Complained with picture evidence and the staff agreed with me gave me a refund and I left

Staff tried to help as best as they could. Had a member of housekeeping on reception who had been working 15+hours and a young boy who wasn’t to sure but wanted to try his hardest

The property itself is very cosy if you are looking for a relaxed getaway. The location is beautiful and the accommodation has everything you would need for your stay

Instructions are slightly unclear about which outside areas you are allowed to use, no access to the patio area in the nice weather. We did also encounter one issue during our stay were the electricity cut out on the first morning, we contacted the owner as suggested however it did take a while to receive a reply which is not ideal when you want some breakfast!
