Excellent location, very clean, and a good quality breakfast. Hosts were very welcoming and helpful with enquiries about things to do in the local area. Very much enjoyed our stay.

Parking is difficult but that is pretty much the same for most other B&B's and hotels in this area.

The room was quite cramped. We were in a room with a double bed and a single bed - there wasn't really room for the single bed. The double bed was very small, more like a 3/4 size bed. It would have made more sense to me for for the room to have no single bed which would allow for a slightly bigger double bed. The bathroom was a bit cramped, but it is modern. No tea making facilities in the room, you have to pay for tea and coffee at a vending machine in the bar. The bar does get quite noisy into the early hours and the noise carries to the rooms above, especially if you're directly above.

A guest finally let me in but no room keys, checked some of the rooms that were open and none had been cleaned or beds made. The guest advised that another guest had made the breakfast the previous morning as owner not there, terrible service
